Very straight forward, no nonsense information for starting in multifamily property investments. Provides basic concepts on financing, due diligence, repositioning, and management. Obviously, the authors hope to upsell their coaching/mentoring program. Choosing the right mentors can dramatically accelerate your success by providing their experience and access to their rolodex of private financiers (for a share of the profits of course). I haven't used their mentoring service, so I cannot review it here.

Passive income is the only way to live in my opinion. Great guide on how to generate a passive income stream in a step by step logical path that is easy to follow. Rental properties can be the greatest investment in the world, but like anything you need to do your homework, this book shows you how.
